Jak sama nazwa wskazuje, jest to dział w którym możecie zgłaszać swoje problemy zarówno z działaniem serwera, klienta MTA lub forum.
Autor postu zobowiązany jest do dokładnego opisania swojego problemu. Pamiętaj, że im lepiej opiszesz na czym on polega, tym szybciej będzie Ci ktoś w stanie pomóc. Warto przedstawić także materiały prezentujące problem, np. screenshoty.
Nazwa tematu powinna zawierać krótki, zwięzły opis problemu. Tematy z nazwami typu "pomocy" bez konkretnego opisu mogą zostać usunięte przez moderatora działu. Przykład: "Problem z zalogowaniem na serwerze".
W tym dziale obowiązuje zakaz składania apelacji lub skarg - od tego są odrębne działy na forum.
